The 2024 4th International Dragon Boat Federation World Cup (Miluo, China) is hosted by the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF), undertaken by the 

Social Sports Guidance Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, Chinese Dragon Boat Association, Sports & Youth Program Center of China Media 

Group, China Sports Entertainment Co., Ltd., Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau and People’s Government of Yueyang City, and co-organized by the People’s 

Government of Miluo City.

On December 27, 2015, the International Ice Dragon Boat Series — Harbin (China) Stop kicked off warmly in Harbin, the "Ice City". A total of 160 participants were 

divided into 12 12-person ice dragon boat teams and 30 5-person ice dragon boat teams. The participants used ice picks instead of oars to compete fiercely, staging 

a unique international ice dragon boat series on the ice. The competition scene was lively, with athletes and spectators full of passion, attracting intense media 

coverage from both home and abroad.
