On May 9, 2017, the China-Finland Winter Sports Cooperation Conference (Finnish Winter Sports Afternoon), co-hosted by the Embassy of Finland
in China, the City of Helsinki, the City of Lahti and the City of Rovaniemi of Finland, was held at the Official Residence of the Finnish Ambassador to
China in Beijing. Finnish government officials, leaders of Olympic training centers as well as leaders of relevant enterprises attended the event, and
Mr. Wang Haidong, Deputy Secretary-General of the International Ice Dragon Boat Federation, participated in the conference upon invitation.

The conference was carried out in the form of a tea party in a relaxed atmosphere, where all participants discussed the new cooperation opportunities in winter sports between China and Finland.

The Finnish Embassy and the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games held a friendly ice hockey game.

Mr. Heikki, an official from Rovaniemi, Finland, delivered a speech.
Following the initial cooperation discussions at the 2017 SportAccord in Denmark, the exchanges at this event pushed the cooperation between the Finnish
government and the International Ice Dragon Boat Federation into a phase of substantive operation.

This event thoroughly implemented the cooperation intention guidelines in the field of winter sports established during President Xi Jinping's state visit to Finland.
It is believed that through continuous communication and mutual understanding, the future cooperation between China and Finland will achieve the integration and
complementarity of winter sports resources and programs, and the import and export of ice and snow sports programs will also become a normal practice.
